Dre Low Rise Slim Boyfriend Jeans

I have several pairs of Dre jeans from Rag & Bone, so I knew to size down when I ordered these. What I didn't realize is that these are a completely different fabric from the regular Dres, and are super stretchy. While this makes them comfortable, they're also enormous. I wear a 29 in Frame and Joe's, and go down to 28 or 27 in Rag & Bone, depending how I want them to fit. I got the 28 in these, and they were practically falling off my hips. Huge gap in the back, too. I actually sized down to a 26, and probably could have gone down to a 25, since they sit low on my hips in the 26 and require a belt to stay comfortably in place. But once I got a size I liked, these are comfortable and look great with booties and a blazer. I'm 5'4', so they hit me at the ankle - not halfway up the calf like the model. This is just fine with me, as they skim my ankle boots nicely. The black is a clean, dark black, not tinged gray, green, or any other shade. I've only worn them out once, but they didn't seem to bag at the knee after 6 hours, which I was a little worried about. Overall, good black jeans if you size way, way down.

NOTE to all Nordstrom shoppers: the return policy is very good here. So if you buy something and it doesn’t work out, just return the item. Even if you wore it. Now the review of the jeans: Very soft and comfortable on. I bought a 26 upon seeing how much stretchy material was in them, but really should have bought a 25 or lower as these are quite large. Gonna keep them tho as I like the more relaxed look with these.

These black jeans are definitely my new favorite. The fabric is soft and stretchy. I am a 10, and I bought the size 30. They are super comfy with some room, but I think that’s how this style should fit. I didn’t want super tight. I love that the color is real black. Length is ankle (I am 5’4”) and they are narrow enough to go into my boots.

I love these but they are unfortunately too big. I wonder if they would shrink after a wash but I’m too nervous to take the tags off and try. I keep checking for a smaller size but it is not available. With that said, they are super comfy and soft and I just wish that the sizing was more accurate.
