Sent me a damaged purse
Tried to buy on anniversary sale and it wasn’t available even though I’m ambassador level. Had it on my wish list, ordered it and was sent a damaged bag. I didn’t open it at the store and had to bring back. Very disappointed!! Quality has gone down since you sold out.

What????
I had this bag on my wish list for the sale and couldn’t wait to get it but it sold out. I kept checking and finally, bingo, got one. I was so happy. Well I received it today and opened up the package. So disappointed. The bag had already been bought three times, as there were three previous Nordstrom labels on the tag. I thought this was a new sale item. How old is this purse??? The paper stuffed inside the bag looked like it was a year old and the bag looked like it has been used. I’ve never been so disappointed in my life. I’m not sure if I can pay $300 for a bag that’s been through the ringer already and I haven’t even used it. Sadly, I’ll probably be returning it.

Cute, great quality
The brown suede is GORGEOUS. The bag is a nice medium size. However, it’s wider than I hoped, so it looks a bit bulky against my small, height-challenged frame (5’ tall). The strap is also way too long to hit at the right spot for either shoulder or crossbody use. Unfortunately it’s too much bag for a shortie like me. I’m sad it’s not a fit because it’s really beautiful.
