This is sold as a natural product, however, titanium oxide is toxic to humans, sad that we just can't make something simple without all these chemicals. Not safe at all.

Fresh and clean
I haven’t done fluoride free toothpaste before but I’m happy I gave this a chance! Makes my mouth feel clean, isn’t too minty/harsh, and is such a pretty color! Also think it’s fun that it’s a pump bottle, no messy caps!
