Love love love this pad. I’m not a fan of the extra coverage ones. But this is a requirement for me for every period I get!

i wouldn’t purchase again
i doordashed these to my house while i was at work because i started my period at work (naturally) and i was in so much pain. i just got home and excitedly ripped these open and put two on. and guess what? they did not work. no heat at all. i just wasted my money and had my hopes up for nothing. this is the cherry on top of a long day, don’t recommend.

Small, expensive and no heat
Very disappointed with this. The are crazy small, and don't get warm at all. Like nothing is there... Do not buy.

Didn't warm up :(
I got these to wear if I ever started cramping at work. The size wasn't a problem for me but I can see why people would want a larger option. I bought a pack of 3 and they never got warm. :( I even made sure they were exposed to the air for a couple minutes after I removed the packaging and it felt no warmer than my body temperature, if that at all. I'm disappointed because some reviews say these work amazing, so I don't know if this pack is just duds or what. I would also like to note that I didn't have any issues sticking these to the inside of my underwear. As long as you wear a pair with a smooth surface that it can stick to, it's no problem.

Got scratched when removed it
I got this recently as a free gift for my bundle subscription. Happy to try it again - used it before and was somewhat satisfied but this time when i removed the patch, i got bad scratch marks even though i wore it for less than 8 hours as per instructions during the day in the ac blasting office.. extremely disappointed with the poor quality.
