returned before I could pick it up
I ordered this coat and I waited to pick it up with the remainder of the same order - only to be told that it was returned because I didn't pick it up in time. Why would you not wait until the complete order arrives? I have to pay to park, so always hold off until the complete order is received before heading to the store. I really want this coat and would appreciate a response.
