I’ve been following RP for several years and this, along with the cable bobble peplum in burgundy, is my first purchase and this dress is STUNNING! I was honestly surprised at the quality and great fit in regards to the larger sizing.
I’m 5’7 and size 14-16 and got the XL and fits great (L was too short and tight in general). Length hits mid-knee, roomy around hips and stomach (I have a big booty), sleeves are flowy and comfortable and the chest are fits very well and not constricting at all!! Also perfect to dress up with heels and jewelry or make more casual with flat boots. IT’S A GREAT DRESS!!

Not what I expected
I was so excited for this dress and had based my family pictures around this dress. Thank heavens it came 3 days before pictures because I had to scramble to find a new dress that actually fit and was flattering. I love the idea of the dress, but it was boxy at the shoulders and I felt like it made my hips look wide because there was too much material around the waist.

Color was nice, fit was awful
Color was pretty. It fit true to size (6) but the waist was somewhere between natural waist and empire. Made me look very fat which I'm not.

Wishful thinking
I really wanted to love this dress! I’m really petite (4’ 10) so the smocking just didn’t lay correctly. I love all the RP designs, but please make petite sizing!

Wanted to Love but Returning
Wanted to love this dress but it's unfortunately very awkward. It just looked silly on, almost "pilgrimy" as a reviewer said on another RP item. Color is beautiful for Fall but will be returning.

I wanted to love this sooooo badly
The color of this dress is soooo beautiful but there is way too much material in the bodice and it lays strangely. It was lumpy in places that aren’t lumpy! Who needs that!!!! I will unfortunately be returning this dress.
