poor quality
The quality isn’t there, the pieces are cheap and they don’t really work great. The cutter is the only piece that really works.

UNBELIEVABLE!!!
I have used this opener for hundreds of bottles now and am totally impressed. The first dozen times using it, I'll admit, it felt comparatively frail, thought to myself, "How long could this last?" Regardless, it has been flawless! Using a firm grip and steady, rotating pull it has lasted longer than any winged style opener I've owned. I often gift this opener :)
