wanted to love
I really wanted to love this toothbrush. However, the quality of the handle is extremely problematic. I replaced over 3x and then gave up! I wouldn’t recommend this toothbrush.

An product that’s no good anymore
I used to love these toothbrushes and have been using them for years. Then suddenly I have had to buy 3 in the last year! Every time I need to change the battery and brush, the quip quits working! I know how to do the change because I did them for 4 years without incident. I’m going to try one more time and then I’m done. Would not recommend at this time.

Difficulties
I bought this because I wasn't able to change the brush on my last quip. Now the new one is very hard to push the power button. I like the way it brushes which is why I bought a second one, but it is a hassle trying to turn it on and off.
