Quinette Organic Cotton Voile Midi Dress

This dress runs very large, is very low cut, and instead of being cap sleeves, they fall off the shoulders. I'm aware Doen doesn't like their dresses, but for the price, it shouldn't be so see thru. The fabric is more stiff than their other dresses.

This dress is perfect for throwing on all spring. Length was lovely on 5'3. I actually did not find mine see through like other Doen dresses. I wouldn't necessarily wear dark undergarments but I wouldn't worry about ppl seeing anything. Similar to the Quinn the bust cups are quite short/shallow, which may read as low cut but I just think it's a proportions thing. I would say take your usual Quinn, ischia, etc size. The shoulders were a little wide but I usually have that problem on mediums.

I love the print so much and this could’ve been the perfect everyday dress but there are several issues. First, it’s see through. Not as bad as other doen dresses but still enough that I don’t feel comfortable wearing it out with my kids or at work. Second and most importantly the fit. I tried the large and xl (I’m usually an xl) and the cup size/bust is soooo wide and low cut. I have to wear a camisole underneath to make it work otherwise the dress falls halfway across my chest! The straps are also so wide and they fall off my shoulders. This definitely feels like a manufacturing error. So sad because I really wanted it to work but I can’t justify the price, even on sale it’s not worth it

Unfortunately I had to return. The sizing was off way too big and the shoulders were too wide. I wanted to make it work but so sad I couldn’t. I wanted to try a size large but it’s already sold out. 😭
