Quilted Leather Tablet Pouch

This little pouch is cute!!! It’s the perfect size for a tablet and is chic. It’s lambskin even though it isn’t stated on the website, which means it’s very delicate. I purchased the passport case as well so hopefully it’ll come soon! My only problem is that someone at Nordstrom literally put the pouch in any random Saint Laurent box (that didn’t fit the pouch to begin with), there was a tag in the pouch, but not on the pouch; no dust bag, no authenticity cards, nothing. Oh, and the pouch was clearly used because I could see the scratches on the very delicate lambskin. I used to work for Nordstrom— the fact that it was sent in this condition is awful. This has happened to me before, a luxury item I purchased online didn’t come with a box, but at least it came with authenticity cards and a dust bag. I’ve already started a return and have a mental note to not purchase luxury items online anymore—especially at Nordstrom. I’m sorry to whoever purchases this item next!
