third times the charm
After three tries, I finally received a jacket that fits.
For the record, I am 5’9”, weigh a trim 175, have a chest measurement of 41inches,
I usually wear a size 12, or a 14 in dresses and coats. Based on the size recommendations, I first ordered and XL.
It was silly big…could have wrapped it around me, and the sleeves were below my fingertips ( as a tall woman, this was a first for me). So, sent it back, ordered the large , which is supposed to be for sizes 12-14. Again…big in the body, but the sleeves were better. Sent it back
Ordered the medium…I haven’t been a medium since before I was married…40+ years ago….arrived today, and it fits like it was made for me.
This is a beautiful jacket. Lined, put together well, just a quality item that I’m sure I’ll wear many times.
Recommend buying it..just watch the sizing.
