Quilted Jacket with Removable Hood

I have had great experiences through the years with this coat brand though this jacket ended up not working for me. On the plus side, the little metal accents add some style that lifts it above many other quilted coats though the material is just too stiff especially at the collar as the collar kept poking me in the neck and chin as it wouldn't rest down or stay down making even putting on a seat belt a problem--plus the sleeves were way too long for me (though I am short). That plus the fact that the outer fabric itself was quite wrinkled looking between the quilt stitching so it just didn't look good. Overall, it looks nice from a distance though not that great up close with the collar issues being the biggest reason this had to go back.
