so comfy like uggs

I loved the adidas similar style but it had no cushion , these are so comfortable. I think they are ever so slightly big but in a good way . I notice it in my left foot which is slightly smaller but and padded heel grip solved that . It is like walking in slippers!

Return

Very unhappy with your service. First pair I ordered way too big. Ordered a smaller size slips up and down on my heal still. Tried to return again and it started I cannot return?? Don’t quite understand. If not satisfied with the shoe why can I not return? I order shoes all the time from you. Would like an answer. I would even switch them for a different style. This style does not fit me. Would appreciate an answer. Thank you
