They help!
These are helpful for preventing headaches caused by too much phone time! I have a job where I just sit and look at my phone for 8+ hrs a day! These have reduced my headaches :) and they are cute!

Not good
Not happy with this purchase! The eyeglasses keep sliding down my nose, making them uncomfortable to wear. On top of that, the brand name “Quay” is printed on the front part of the glasses, which looks annoying and cheap. I expected better design and functionality. Definitely wouldn’t recommend buying these!

Does not block blue light!
After reading some online reviews at Amazon, I decided to purchase these Quay blue light glasses from Nordstrom. I love the size and style of the glasses... only problem is that they fail the blue light tests online! It pretty much defeats the entire purpose. Do the glasses reduce the light being emitted from my devices? Yes, but it doesn’t block blue light. I’ve worn these for a few hours and I really can’t tell a difference. I actually prefer not wearing them since it is harder to see through them. If they were blue light filtering... I would keep these. This purchase is going back.
