Mary at Southcenter Mall went above and beyond to take time to help me sample new products and was in no rush to do anything other than be with me as the customer. I love when I find employees who actually embody the customer service that Nordstrom was famous for when I was a kid. Thanks again!

great product, horrible packaging
This lip treatment is fabulous, I used it every night before bed. It’s moisturizing without being sticky. All of a sudden the glass has broken and burst open. I can no longer use the product because glass pieces got inside. I have read that this has happen to others in the reviews as well. Dry disappointing as this product is not cheap.

Buttery Soft Lips
This is my new go to product for dry flaky lips. I react to most lip products, but this overnight treatment went on smoothly is not goopy or sticky and made my lips super smooth!!! Will repurchase and highly recommend 🥰🥰🥰
