I am a Puma FAN-addict and this shoe is just SUPERB for the summer! I have this particular style in several colors and lucked up through a google search to find that Nordstrom had two colors (the solid white and solid grey) that I couldn't find ANYWHERE else and they are just as comfortable, effortless to wear and low-profile as you'd like your summer to be! I wear them sans socks and they just breath well and feel like you're walking around barefoot - which has its plus and minus moments - trust me. They seem like they'd be machine washable because of the canvas material and slender sole and by the end of the summer, at the rate I'm wearing them, they'll all need a good bath!

The simple, thin-soled sneaker, or 'plimsoll', has long been a fashion staple for men in the UK and Europe, but is only recently been seen here in the US. The Puma 'Tekkie Brite' is a very nice interpretation of the style. The frayed edges give it a unique, distressed look. Puma understands that a lot of the appeal of plimsolls is the clean, uncluttered look, and keeps it understated, adding it's trademark 'inverted swoosh' in the form of same-color stitching on the sides, and subtle branding tags on the side and heel. The fabric is very soft, and the sole is very thin and flexible, giving the shoe an almost slipper-like feel. Great for casual wear, but don't plan on running a marathon in them. Quality of materials and workmanship is excellent. This style runs small; I recommend going up 1/2 size above your usual. All in all, this is a great casual shoe for more sophisticated tastes, and a really nice alternative to the dreary endless parade of clunky, overdecorated running/b-ball/skate sneakers that most guys wear.

I was shocked when I received these shoes. There is virtually no form to the upper. It is merely loose cloth and the sole is way too thin. The shoes are not described accurately. They are more of a closed sandal than a shoe. The online description suggested buying a size larger. That is really necessary. I ordered larger. They fit snugly but were way too long for my foot. All in all, this shoe is not worth the money at any price. I returned them unused.

First time I saw this pair of pumas, i knew I had to buy it. The very first day I wore it, 5 people already complimented on it and asked me where I got them from. Simple, it fits with everything (i got one in light gray). So perfect for the warm days ahead. Its good to wear with no socks. Oh, stores offer limited colors.

I ordered these shoes for my brother, who is 18. Got 2 different colors: green & hawaian. He loves both of them! Great for the summer & very comfortable.
