Puffer Dog Coat

Cute dog puffer, but runs small. I purchased the Large size for my 45 lb. dog, and the length is about 2-3 inches short. I followed the size chart, but the sizing seems off. Oddly enough, I also purchased a striped fleece jacket from the same brand, same size, and it’s almost too big, as it goes way past his tail in length. Very inconsistent sizing.
