I'm 6ft 220 lbs hourglass figure 38D and ordered a large. This is great to enhance the girls, cinch the waist and hide the tummy & upper arms! Nice thick fabric and fits well. A little tight and def have to wear super high waisted pants but as you see my measurements I'm a big lady :)
