Pry Mary Jane Leather

Just received these shoes. They are beautiful no doubt about that. However, the leather is so soft and supple. It literally is like a real ballet shoe! I know this because I used to have ballet shoes growing up. I don't see these standing up the test of time, if you do a lot of walking, especially on pavement, I could see their toes getting scuffed up or maybe even developing a hole. I cannot understand why they just didn't make this shoe more sturdy because I would love it! It is pretty, but not sure about durable… And basically no arch support. I'll probably return them.
