A true wide!
If you wear a wide shoe, these are your boots! After buying a returning many supposedly wide boots, these were a great find! They are a true wide. Also the leather is smooth and not pebbled which makes them look more expensive than they are. For me, these fit the bill perfectly.

Looked like firefighter boots
I was hopeful about these boots based on the previous reviews but they looked really odd in me. I ordered a 10W in the wide calf. The ankle part was really loose and the wide calf was not really that wide, and would have been uncomfortable over jeans. They looked like firefighter boots on me. I returned them.

Attractive boot with nice flexible sole.
This boot is a perfect fit in the foot area. The only reason I returned is the calf fit was too wide even though it's a regular cut.
