Puffy sleeves area. hard no
The proportions on this top seem out of balance. The neckline is too scooped, the sleeves too puffy. Thought the pattern would be a pretty, watercolor like look but its just blurry. This was supposed to a petite but it is SO long. Defintely returning. Not sure what happened to Liverpool's sense of style but its missing with this one.
