Good quality, would recommend

While I haven’t had the pleasure of owning this brand’s cookware myself, I often wish that I had purchased a set of this the last time I purchases cookware. The brand has a good reputation for a reason and is enjoyable to use. I like the weight of the pans, and it is such an improvement to use high quality materials over non-stick cheap pans that wearout after a year or so.

Great set but…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this Calphalon Premier Stainless Steel 8-Piece Set overall. The pieces feel solid, heat evenly, and look beautiful on my stovetop. The handles are comfortable to hold and stay cool while cooking, which is a nice bonus. However, I was disappointed that the skillet turned black after the very first use — even though I cooked on medium heat and followed the cleaning instructions. It still cooks well, but the discoloration makes it look worn way too soon for such a high-quality brand. Despite this flaw, the set as a whole delivers impressive results in the kitchen. It’s versatile, dependable, and well-suited for everyday cooking. If Calphalon improved the finish to prevent discoloration, it would easily be a five-star set.

High quality set of pots and pans

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great set of stainless steel cookware! Heavy and expensive feeling, feels great in the hand. Stainless steel is tricky to get to cook things properly without sticking to the pan, but that is all stainless steel and takes a learning curve to get the “nonstick” factor. I was personally excited about this set due to the deep pots that allow me to cook sauces and soups that don’t require so much “nonsticking,” and they do the job perfectly! I am very happy with my new set of pots.

Great stainless steel products!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great products as always!! Perfect for cooking your favorite dishes! A little bit heavy to handle, but I love the sturdiness of the pieces! Easy to clean by hand.
