Used and worn down
Item was not wrapped properly. Looked as if it was taken off the display case. The R in Prada logo was stripped off. An 800$ sandal looked used and not cared for. Shame on the employee who packaged this and sent it out. No courtesy what so ever.

Poor packing and missing bag
Good shoe, but poor packing. The small shoe box was just thrown in an oversized box to be bounced around in transit. Upon arrival, the shoes are missing the shoe bag from Prada. I feel this is poor packing and quality care for Nordstrom. I would expect a little more with purchasing a higher end product online. Nordstrom customer service did offer me a Nordstrom branded shoe bag, but in my opinion, it's not the same. I definitely should have ordered directly from Prada. Lesson learned.

I wanted to love these so much. The design is odd: strap is so thin that it literally slips off of your foot, super uncomfortable, and very narrow. Sadly had to return.

Runs Narrow!!
I’m usually a size 11.5 in Gucci, Chanel and Louboutin shoes so that’s the size I ordered in these. The length was good, but the strap was so narrow! I don’t consider myself to have unusually wide feet and have never had a problem with other designer shoes. The strap was so tight across my foot it made my feet look fat! Lol. Also, the Prada logo was really small. It looks larger in the stock photo. So disappointed…I returned :(

Not worth the price
The strap fit at a weird spot on the foot so it makes it hard to walk in. My feet are not wide but these were very narrow, my foot slightly hung over the side. The quality is not worth the price, I ended up returning them.
