58mm Gradient Rectangular Sunglasses

I absolutely love these sunglasses, the style and quality are everything I was hoping for. However, I was incredibly disappointed to receive them clearly used. The lenses were covered in makeup smudges, and the cleaning cloth had already been opened. For the price I paid, this is simply unacceptable. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue, it’s actually the second time I’ve received a used designer item from Nordstrom. It’s really disheartening to see the quality of orders go downhill like this. I expect better when purchasing luxury items from what’s supposed to be a trusted retailer. I hope Nordstrom takes these concerns seriously and improves their quality control.

Received my package but only to find out glasses still had security tag on
