Awesome experience all around !
When making a big purchase, for me the experience can truly make all the difference. I walked into the century city location and right away Heidi greeted me and asked me if I needed anything. I asked to try these on and checked myself out in the mirror and right away I knew I wanted them. Heidi was so helpful and accommodating. I asked if she could check if they had anymore in the back so I did not have to purchase the display model. (although I loved the fit so much I would have had a hard time not buying those if necessary) She went and checked and came back quickly to bring me a brand new pair. Now as far as the glasses they are so well made and heavy in a good way. I wore them out on the spot and right away received multiple compliments. I am so happy with the entire experience.
