Broken case
Whoever packed my glasses not only did no care about to wipe the lenses or replace the broken case. I contacted customer service and they can’t even exchange the case. I worked at Sunglass Hut and they would replace it ASAP. Very incompetent customer service from Nordstrom I will not return.
