Palila Studded Leather Slingback Sandal

Very disappointed as the back strap around ankle stretch out after 1 wearing and won’t stay up when I wear it. I am super bummed as they are very cute but what is going on Beek? This have is the 3rd pair of Beeks I have had an issue with over the past year or so for one reason or another. Quality has been going down, issues are being missed and customer service takes FOREVER to get back to you (at Beek - not Nordys). I waited over a week with multiple emails to get someone to respond to my recent issue. Completely unacceptable.

These are so cute. I have some Beek slides I love and my only complaint is that they stretch out quickly. I have only worn these once and the back strap is already too big and won't stay up. They also seem to be a tad bit narrow. so if you have a wide foot this may not work for you. They have so much potential so hopefully if i take them to a local repair shop I can get the back strap tightened but I think the downside of the soft leather is the stretching.
