Powder Blush

My store was out of the color Antigua, so they shipped it to me. It was delayed l, and I finally received it today (two days before I needed it)…and the wrong item was sent. I received a Christian Dior cuticle cream. I called Nordstrom customer service and the option they offered…they would send it to a team, see if they would automatically credit it back, and maybe I could keep this as well (I don’t want this so wasn’t a great resolution since I have to hang up, wait, see if an email comes in, and possibly have to call back if no email comes). They said to just check my email to see if that is approved…not today but 24 hours or so from now. They said the Nordstrom closest (a 45 minute drive from me) has it in stock if I want to go back there and do an exchange. This did not really go well at all. Now…I switched back to my other call I had been on before and the Nordstrom Customer Service Rep is still on my other line…hasn’t hung up for 24 minutes. I am not sure if she hangs up first a survey comes to me like at some retailers, and she doesn’t want that because I wasn’t thrilled about driving back to a Nordstrom. Just an odd experience all around.
