Potenza Waterproof Leather Slide Sandal

I love the look of these sandals, but I thought my heel would fit inside the leather piece at the back. Instead, they have a hidden wedge so your heels sit above the leather piece. Unfortunately, you can't see in the wedge in any of the pictures and it's not mentioned in either the video or the description. Something about the wedge made these feel more matronly and less stylish than I wanted. A reluctant return.

I love Aquatalia, but I find the sizing to vary. I ordered these in an 11 (my usual size) and a 12, and neither fit. The 11 was too short (toes touching front edge), and the 12 was 1" too long. Unfortunately, they don't offer a 11.5. If you can find the right fit, the leather is thick, soft, good quality... the brown is beautiful... they look expensive. Enjoy!
