zipper :(
Purchased this in 2 colors and had to return both because the zippers just didn’t work. I was hoping the previous reviews stating the same thing were wrong or the zipper issue had been fixed… they weren’t wrong and it hasn’t been fixed :(

I love this brand, asked for the Cosmetics case for Christmas. Unfortunately zipper sticks easily. I exchanged in hopes it was a fluke but 2nd case had same issue. Sadly I returned :/
Since then i ordered a St Barths tote and LOVE it. It comes w a small zipper insert that is a different flat style with less zipper issues. I highly recommend totes!! Wish Nordstrom stocked more tote colors, as the one i wanted was sold out so had to purchase directly from manufacturer

I purchased this little bag for an upcoming trip and so glad I did. The size is perfect for my tote and good for cosmetics, a couple of cords, passport, etc. I would have given it 5 stars but the zipper sticks a little, hoping this will resolve with use.

LOVE!! perfect makeup bag
10/10! I did not have the zipper problem, so not sure what the other reviews meant. I love this so much - it’s the perfect makeup bag (not too bulky but still spacious enough to fit my entire makeup routine inside it). Love that it’s neoprene so it’s easy to clean!! Highly recommend!
