Awesome cleanser even for sensitive skin
Awesome face wash even for sensitive skin. My face is super reactive to so many things so I always sample things first before trying. I had originally purchased Kate's Gentle Daily Wash to use as it said it was safe for sensitive skin and it works well and I have no issues but I wanted to try the Exfolikate cleanser as my face was looking dull and thought this would be a good boost for every now and then. I received a sample of this from my local Nordstrom and I loved it. I use this every morning and every night. It is so gentle even on my crazy skin. It is my new favorite cleanser and I have tried almost all of them out there. Thanks Kate!

Nordstrom – Price Gouging at it's Finest!!
The ONE star is for Nordstrom, NOT Kate Somerville.
This EXACT item (8 ounce) is on Kate Somerville's website for $69, REGULAR price – NOT $90. I don't know why Nordstrom thinks it's okay to price gouge. KS website has a dual pack of (2) 4 ounce tubes, regular price for $90 and on sale for $72. The fact that Nordstrom is selling this "on sale" for $69, is absurd!! I purchased this EXACT item last Anniversary Sale for $45. I might expect a little price increase, but not $24 – or them trying to make it look like you're getting a deal, when N sale price it KS suggested retail price. Shame on you, Nordstrom!

69 dollars in 2025 versus 45 dollars in 2024
This cleanser does not retail for 90 dollars. It retails on the Kate Somerville website for 69 dollars. This is not a sale price. In 2024 this exact product was 45 dollars. Does Nordstrom really think their customers don’t see what is going on? I bought this cleanser on prime for 49 dollars. Shame on you Nordstrom.

I bought this cleanser without sampling it and am so glad I just went for it. Ingredients are great and it feels amazing to wash your face with. It also smells like fruity pebbles!! So good!!! I have oily acne prone skin that can be dehydrated and this works great. I use this as a second cleanse and a morning cleanse. It really bothers me when people use nice cleansers to remove their makeup haha. Anyways yes I would buy again and yes I recommend.

Loving My New Product
As I'm aging, was looking for some type of exfoliator that would not dry out my skin. I've been using this each morning and find that it is just what I was looking for.....an exfoliating cleanser that isn't drying.

Curbs summer breakouts
I am so glad I purchased this cleanser! I have combination skin (oily in the t-zone). I use a Bobby Brown cream cleanser normally, but I started breaking out during a humid week in July and couldn't get my skin under control. My make-up person at Nordstrom recommended this cleanser because of the glycoloc acid. It has been a lifesaver! My breakouts cleared up within a couple of days! The exfoliator is gentle and does not bother my sensitive skin nor does it dry out my non-oily areas.
