What it is: An understated and sleek diffuser that effortlessly and continuously adds the enveloping scent of Pomegranate Noir to any space.
Fragrance story: The ruby-rich juices of pomegranate, raspberry and plum are spiked with pink pepper and laced with casablanca lily and spicy woods.
Notes: Pomegranate, casablanca lily, guaiacwood.
How to use: Place the reeds into the oil then allow 24 to 36 hours for the fragrance to diffuse for the continuous Scent Surround experience. The fragrance will last for around 3 to 4 months.

Perfect Gift
I got this for my mother-in-law, paired it with Jo Malone soaps - and she loved it. Personally I like putting scented soaps in my dresser drawers to make my clothes smell extra nice.

Shipping/Delivery Service has gotten pretty bad
I ordered the Jo Malone London Diffuser for a late Mothers Day gift. It arrived, simply wrapped in bubble wrap (only the jar/bottle) - no diffuser sticks, no Jo Malone box. Nope. I understand the Jo Malone box might not happen, but, NO DIFFUSER Sticks, c’mon. Nordstrom, please do better. And there is not a Nordstrom near me to simply fix this quickly so, yes, it is an inconvenience to return it, simply to re-order, hoping to get the complete package on the next order. Pictures have been attached of what was received. (1st pic, is what was supposed to arrive. 2nd pic (collage) is what I got).

Packaging
I love the diffuser fragrance, just as I do the cologne of same scent. However, this was for a gift. When it arrived, the glass jar and diffuser sticks were in a plastic bag. No box, no packaging. I was disappointed. It looked like someone had tossed away the box and just sent me the product. And the label on the jar was crooked like it was a mistake. Not usual Nordstrom care, and not Jo Malone packaging I was used to.

No regrets paying this much for a diffuser
Scent is so subtle and neutral yet potent enough to freshen a bedroom shared with two dogs. I was skeptical but am so happy with the product that I will try additional scents for other rooms.

Romantic & Sultry
I was looking for a scent that was not too feminine that my husband would like as well and this is it! The scent is romantic and sultry. Every time I walk in the room I feel like I'm at a sophisticated hotel.. just a clean and modern scent. I also appreciated the beautiful Jo Malone wrapping that the Nordstrom associate provided in store, it adds a beautiful touch!

Elegant and Sophisticated!
I’ve been purchasing this home diffuser sent from Jo Malone since 2015 and I still love it to this day. The woody notes complement the pomegranate very well - it is simply perfectly balanced and sophisticated. My only recommendation is that upon first opening the product, if the scent is too strong use fewer reeds. @jomalone Please consider selling refills or a recycling rewards program! I would like to purchase without feeling so guilty over excessive glass waste. The bottles are beautiful and 100% reusable!

Good stuff, but where's the reeds?
The Jo Malone oil is worth the money, but the diffuser came without the reeds. For the price; you think you would get the reeds with the diffuser.
