Sateen Sheet Set

I purchased the Pom Pom at Home Sateen Sheet Set in Sand, King size during the anniversary sale. Given the price, I was expecting premium bedding, but the quality did not match the price point for me. The website claims these sheets are made in Portugal. The package I received clearly states the sheets are made in China. When I opened the package, the sheets had a strong mechanical smell. I had to wash them anyway, so the smell was a minor issue. After the initial wash, the pillowcase threads were already coming apart. The sheets do have a smooth sateen feel, but given the product quality, I can’t justify the price.

These are noticeably silky and soft and so comfortable to lay on. Will update after more washes

Excellent quality with a cooling effect. Even though they state color is black, they are a dark, dark charcoal very close to black.
