Vintage Logo Oversize Mock Neck Sweatshirt

I’m keeping this sweatshirt because I love the color and I love how it looks on and I became obsessed with getting a Polo sweatshirt after seeing TS in the crewneck (golden bugle color) which sold out everywhere. I am usually a medium in tops (boobs, hips, a postpartum tummy) but my shoulders and ribcage are narrow so I went with a small, like I often do with “oversized” fits. I’m glad I did. It works on my frame and I think a medium would have been *too* oversized. However the other reviewers are correct about the mock turtleneck. It is super cute on but it is HARD to get on over your head, especially at first. It took me two attempts. I thought I’d have to return it without even trying it. I was worried it would pull out my earrings or even my nose ring. Then I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get it off. It seems to be getting maybe a little more relaxed with each try. Or maybe I’m just getting braver at charging through. My final complaint is about the triangle stitched at the front of the neck. I thought I got a faulty one that slipped through QA because the triangle is slightly curved to one side in a weird way and the stitching is uneven. But when I look closely at the product pictures the asymmetry is featured there so it must be intentional. It makes the sweatshirt look lower quality — maybe even a knockoff. I wish the triangle were stitched straight. TL;DR I’m keeping it because I love the way it looks on, I can cope with the weirdly tight head opening, and probably nobody else will notice the asymmetrical triangle.

I love this sweatshirt. The red is gorgeous, the cotton is soft, and the cut is fun and stylish. I wish the neck had a little more stretch, though. It isn't too tight around my neck, but it is SO hard to get on and off (especially off). I have a small-to-average size head but really struggled to get it off. Fingers crossed it loosens a little with wear. Of this were redesigned with a little stretch in the neck, I would repurchase in multiple colors.
