Very unhappy with Nordstrom

Not happy at all. I was unable to pick up in time do to a severe illness that started 5 days prior to the deadline and two days later when I was finally a little better, I was getting ready to go get it and received an email that the money was already refunded. When I called customer service, they no longer had the size I needed. Because I receive so many emails from nortstom and most are ads or spam, I didn't realize I was in danger of losing the one article of clothes my son wanted for Christmas.

Worth the money

Pretty fashionable and looks good no matter how you dress so I think it’s a solid jacket that everyone should have, it last long if you wash it correctly which in the long term is saving you money. Solid purchase
