Quality Control Issue
The buttonholes on the shirt I received look really poorly made compared to another Polo oxford shirt I already own. They’re loosely stitched, uneven, and already starting to fray (See photo attached. Photo taken RIGHT when I got the order). The one I have at home has clean, tight buttonholes, so this seems like a quality control issue. Pretty disappointing. I’d advise to order through RL directly, rather than through Nordstrom. Also, Nordstrom wouldn’t let me send photo evidence through the customer service chat.

I was disappointed that this shirt came in a plastic hanger like a discount store
Even at the outlet stores not on these hangers
Always folded properly. Can’t give as gift as is on this hanger.
First time I ever saw this thrown in box with plastic hanger- same as Walmart merchandise.
Can I get some sort of compensation for this packaging?
For example a long sleeve blue boys oxford shirt size 8?
