runs small? not for hourglass figure
I really really wanted to love this dress. I was in-between sizes but tend to order down when inbetween in dresses since I have a really small ribcage and shoulder area. I did that with this one, and while the ribcage area fit (but snug) the waist and hip area was too small. You can’t really tell from photos but the dress is fitted up until the hips where it flares out. I think this might have worked if I were taller as the flare would have started slightly before my true hips, but as it stands it’s a bit too small and bunches up. I think I’ll order a small and see if that works but I’m worried it will be too large up top and too long. I think this would be beautiful on someone with a slimmer, straight figure though!
