Pointelle Button-Up Cotton Top

This sweater is so cute, soft, with pretty detailing. It can be worn open or closed. It’s true to size and perfect for those of us on the petite side. But, why did it include the pointelle stitching? It’s completely necessary IMO. Instead of looking like decorative, intentional openings, it looks like the sweater has holes in it. You need to wear a dark bra or tank and even then, there are holes on the shoulders and your upper back that don’t look intentional unless you look at the sweater very closely. I haven’t decided if it’s a deal breaker, but this would’ve been perfect with the pointelle stitching.
