Pnina Tornai for Naturalizer Liefde Pointed Toe Mule (Women)

I wanted this shoe in white for our wedding in May. Perfect design, heel height and the right amount of bling. I searched as this shoe has apparently sold out in most sizes. When I found my size, I went over budget ( they are available elsewhere for half this price) and purchased. They arrived dirty! White satin with black/gray smudges. I would have “made them work’ if Nordstrom would have discounted them. They would not. Returned. There is no excuse for selling a damaged product at full price.

The right shoe arrived dirty and stained. I called customer service, willing to accept a discount as these are my choice to wear with my wedding dress in May. Finding this shoe in my size was a challenge! I was thrilled and willing to go over budget to get this shoe, largely because it's Naturalizer which I hoped would be more comfortable for my wedding day than other brands. Customer service offered to pay $20 to have the shoe "dry cleaned". I've had satin shoes professionally cleaned in the past. The cleaner has always indicated that the shoe will be marked by the solvent. I've never had a good outcome. I told the representative that this was not acceptable. Apparently, Nordstrom is not concerned with consumer satisfaction or keeping a good customer. I will take the shoe to our local brick/mortar store to see if a store manager has more sense than to sell a dirty, used product at full price; but an acceptable discount has now gone up given the time I will spend on this issue. SHAME on Nordstom!

I was very excited to wear this to my wedding but when it arrived the strap was so long it would have required thick insoles to keep it on my foot, which you would be able to see from the side. Maybe it fits better in other sizes, but the 10 (while fitting length wise) requires you to have a very tall or thick foot to walk properly in it. Otherwise a very beautiful and well constructed shoe.
