I've tried many products that promise to reduce dark spots without success. PMD so far, has actually reduced their appearance by approx. 30%, over 4 weeks; hoping most will eventually disappear with continued weekly use. It is very important to follow their instructions and not over do it with the number of times of use. My first time using PMD, "mopped" my face more than once and left red areas, which eventually faded over 1-2 weeks.

I bought the PMD Microderm Pro and the Clean. My scars are fading, my skin is brighter (never knew what that meant), softer, and most importantly, my texture has improved greatly. Scar indentations are not prominent anymore, but they were never too severe. Patience is key. I’ve also noticed that my hormonal/sun dark spots are lighter and now I use less concealer. It’s so easy to use and such a fast process. Just use it after your shower on a dry face and immediately slap on your favorite toner and moisturizer. The green discs are my go to because they’re not too coarse, but coarse enough and they don’t irritate my skin. Just don’t use over acne. Go around it because it will irritate your skin further on an active breakout. Try it! You’ve got nothing to lose. I wish you the best!

These discs are my favorite compared to other color. It has the strength, but not too strong. I am using my PMD weekly. I will buy again and I am loving my PMD!

Have an alarm once a week go off on my phone to remind me to use my pmd and I am seeing a difference in my skin and pores. Remembering to change the disk every month is also helpful.
