Customer removed middle New York tie

The previous person who purchased this dress removed the middle tie to see if they liked it better. Well, they didn’t because they returned the dress. They at least had the decency to leave the material so that the middle tie could be sewn back on. These are the customers that purchase from Nordstrom. Returned for a dress untampered.
