not t sure what is happing with Nordstrom online

I was sent the wrong size twice after spending close to half an hour to ensure the received the right size. The size chart on the website is clear, but they keep sending a different size! The fabric is heavy with a slight sheen, and overall, these seem like great wide-leg pants for the price.

HUGE

I ordered these in my usual size and they are huge. They are at least 2 sizes too big but also the high waist is way too high. If you wanted to wear them as shown in the picture the crotch would be at least 4 inches below where it should be. I usually love Cos clothing but am very disappointed with these. They are being returned

wrong tagging but great pants

The pants itself is great just sad it doesn’t fit since I received the wrong size. I ordered the 8/40 (according to my measurements) but received a 10 which should be 42. I noticed the sticker says 40 so someone must have mislabeled the pants. Regardless, the 8 would have been far too large as well and would have needed a 4 or 6.
