cute style, enormous
I own a lot of Eileen Fisher but these are such a miss. They look like 1980’s cheap harem pants. The side section is so wide it just look like they ran out of fabric and wasn’t intentionally designed that way. I own other pants in this style and love it but these just look sloppy. Perhaps if I was a lot taller they would look better but would still look odd.

nice lightweight pants
I just received these linen lantern pants in sun dried tomato, with a subtle orange stripe. They will add a pop of colour to my summer wardrobe. Compared to other EF lantern pants they seemed a bit snugger in the hips, but otherwise they are fine. The fabric is gorgeous. I got the tee in the same colour, but it's a bit too much for my frame. They look good paired with black or white, perhaps even seaweed. I'm wearing them with some cantalope - coloured espadrilles from a few seasons ago--a fabulous look. I'm 5'5" and got them in PM, but they are longer than ankle length.
