Pleats not sewn correctly
One of the pleats in the back was sewn incorrectly so that the look on either side of the zipper is not symmetrical. Quality control did not carefully look at the construction of this garment. And, the ironing of the pleats was done in a very haphazard manner. I had to do a lot of very careful, tedious ironing to attempt to make it look better. It should have been carefully ironed with a more "permanent" pleat.
