Placed Floral Stretch Cotton Midi Shirtdress

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Karl Lagerfeld Paris a beautiful shirt dress from Influenster in exchange for my honest opinion. Honestly, I really loved it. The sizing was perfect on me and fit my body really well, giving a flattering and comfortable shape. The fabric feels light yet structured, sitting nicely without being stiff, and it helps smooth the areas I prefer to soften in a very natural way. I also really liked the pockets- they are practical and don’t affect the look of the dress at all. The print is elegant and classy, and the waist belt with the pleats on the chest makes the waist look more defined and slimmer. I washed it in a normal machine cycle and it stayed exactly the same with no changes in quality or shape. I wore it to a spring occasion and received so many compliments. It’s honestly a perfect dress for spring and summer- light, stylish, and very easy to wear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dress had some big pros and some big cons. For reference, I am 5’6 and about 137 pounds and got a size four. First, the pros. Number one, POCKETS! Any dress with pockets will get an immediate bump from me. Second, the fabric is fantastic. It feel soft and expensive, and the white isn’t see-through. The print is beautiful. The buttons did not gap on the bust. The cons: the sleeves are weirdly billowy, and not cut close to the body. My husband said he could see straight through the sleeve holes to the other side. The length was weird. It made me look very frumpy. I think this dress has some potential, but I’d not something I’d copse for myself.

I am 52 and I weigh 145 pounds and I got a size 8, which fit perfectly. The pattern is eye grabbing in the best way. Putting you on is very simple and easy as the closure is a button up in the front. Definitely would recommend.
