Nordstrom will not do a price adjustment for this
I ordered this a week ago and it is now $10 cheaper online. I called to get a price adjustment and was told (by an AI assistant) that Nordstrom will not do a price adjustment for this since it is sold by a third party. I am not sure why Nordstrom is selling items that it will not apply the policy to. I also wasn’t able to speak to a customer service rep, on the AI assistant. This is not the level of customer service I’ve come to expect from Nordstrom and is disappointing.
