I was very much shocked and disappointed it didn’t come in a box; this was purchased as a gift! This should have been indicated as item detail before I made the purchase. Nordstrom, you tricked me with such an omission!

Think twice before ordering diffusers
Twice I’ve ordered diffusers from Nordstrom and they forget to send the sticks - a critical part of the purchase.
It’s a big issue to get the sticks.
I suggest you order directly from Jo Malone.
