How to use: Break open the capsule and apply directly onto your face and neck. Use on its own after your serum or before your moisturizer. The vegan capsule can be composted after use. Please note you may experience staining on a white pillowcase if used right before laying down. To mitigate, True Botanicals recommends applying a cream moisturizer on top or using only during your morning routine.

AMAZING RESULTS
I have been using the Phyto Retinol Vit A capsules for about 60 days, the results are amazing. Everyone has commented that my skin looks amazing. I am 62 and still have cystic acne. This has both cleared the acne and smoothed out lines and brought more glow back to the skin. I don't use the full capsule. I find that I can get 2 or 3 days out of one capsule by gently cutting into it with a tiny nail scissors. I follow the VIT A with the Cherubula serum which helps it to absorb and even out the oil in the capsule. I have never had better skin, thanks to this product.

Used to love, it was a staple, not recently
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used this product for a few years now, and loved it. This last bottle I received, the product has changed- it’s got a smoky smell and the capsules are different as well- not the quality it used to be.
Changed manufacturing company’s maybe??

Long-term skin health

Love my True Botanicals self care days!
I was gifted my first ever True Botanicals skin care line set by a friend and instantly fell in love with the products. This skin care line is very relaxing and the smell is very calming and aromatic, I feel like I’m getting a facial at a spa. I recently received the Phyto-Retinol capsules with a purchase, I was scared to try at first since its retinol. I mixed 1 capsule with the chebula créame at nighttime and woke up in the morning with my skin looking bright! I suffered from acne during my youth, and I am hoping this product will help diminish my post acne scars with time. So far, happy with this product! I would recommend trying 1-2 capsules per week then working your way up, that’s what I will start to do. :)

Happy healthy skin
