Physician's Garden Sacred Flame Dietary Supplement

I have been following the Physician's Garden brand for a while now and I am SO HAPPY they have launched with Nordstrom!! I have tried many vitamins and products before but Physician's Garden is the first brand that has actually worked for me! I learned about this product from my doctor who recommended it to me for my joint pains and aches and have been using it daily ever since, it's honestly so effective but of note you do have to take it for a couple weeks to start noticing its effects. I love love love this and have noticed drastic improvement not just in my joints but also the redness on my skin (I tend to break out with red spots especially in the sun and since starting this I have noticed an improvement in my skin color to my natural tone. I'm thrilled that I can pick this up at Nordstroms now! Highly recommend for anyone who wants something for their joints and muscles and general aches but also with the skin health benefits, turmeric is an awesome ingredient just google its effects and you'll learn so much about it. I've been a turmeric fan for most of my adult life now and this is the purest turmeric I have ever been able to find. 10/10!
