What it is: A nourishing treatment bar gently cleanses without drying.

How to use: Dampen the bar under warm water. Gently massage the wet bar over your face, avoiding the eye area. Massage face with fingertips. Rinse and pat skin dry. Use bar on its own to cleanse skin, or use directly after the Cleansing Oil of your choice as part of your Double Cleanse Method (recommended).

I began getting welts all over my face. I have been using the Black soap from Erno Laszlo for decades, really the best facial soap on the market, but with aging I thought I would benefit from this soap, then had an allergic reaction.

Best Product Ever
Erno Laszlo phelityl cleansing bar with cleansing oil is a regimen I’ve used for over 40 years morning and night. My skincare is easy and this soap is all you need to never have blackheads
I’ve tried other cleansing creams and when I do the blackheads come. All my daughters use this as well and our skin is moist and flawless. The sea mud is too drying for me but the Phelityl is perfect with the dots of oil on your skin prior to the soap. Seriously I don’t know why more people have no idea how long this has been around. It’s a wonder. For all skin types and I have sensitive skin, Love it!

Pleased but facing the possibility of Changing
I have used the cleansing bar and oil for over forty years and have been happy with it. Not happy with the decreasing size of the soap bar. May have to consider changing because of the cost and the smaller size soap bar causing me to buy the product more ofter.

Really makes my skin feel soft
Although this may have decreased in size over the years, it lasts and lasts as does the cleansing oil that goes with it. I do the double wash, first the oil,--then the soap for ten washes and rinses-- and my skin feels very soft; but, not oily.

Great product but much smaller than it used to be.
I've been using this for 40 years and love it. However, the beautiful curved bar that was also a much bigger bar is now very small. Still a great product but size is shrinking...
